A little context

Experience is knowing
what to leave out.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked across product development, architecture, performance, code review and technical leadership. These days, I’m a Senior Software Architect at BRAC IT Services, helping teams build software that can survive contact with the real world.

My favourite work sits at the intersection of people, process and technology: understand the actual constraint, find the cleanest seam, and make the next change cheaper than the last.

How I lead

Stronger teams
build better systems.

Architecture is a team sport. The goal is not to be the smartest person in the room — it’s to make the room smarter.

01

Coach the craft

Make architecture, design patterns and trade-offs understandable. Give engineers the context and feedback to make confident decisions.

MENTORING / REVIEW
02

Augment the team

Use AI-assisted development to accelerate exploration, documentation and delivery — with human judgment, security and quality still in charge.

AI-ASSISTED / HUMAN-LED
03

Build readiness

Turn new tools and changing constraints into practical team habits: shared standards, small experiments and a culture of continuous learning.

ENABLEMENT / READINESS

The toolbox

Broad enough to
see the whole system.
